中國古代瑞圭的研究

A STUDY OF THE SCEPTER KUEI OF ANCIENT CHINA

作者於民國四十九年，在中央研究院民族學研究所集刊第十期刊載中國古代幾種玉石兵器及其在太平洋區的類緣，在文中曾提及巴圖與圭笏的關係說:對於古玉圭笏問題，作者正在撰寫：中國古代圭之研究一文，搜集古代之圭笏已見於近代中外著錄中的圖片並有尺寸者，作一描述與分類，並研究其形制與功用。

In my article，entitled”Certain Jade and Stone Weapons of Ancient China and their Affinities in the Pacific”,　which was published in No. 10 of this Bulletin，I made the following statement concerning the relationship between patu巴圖 and kuei 圭 and hwuh笏：”Of the ancient kuei and hwuh emblems，the yuan kuei 琬圭 is most similar to patu in shape and style.”
