Due to the recent growth of high-rise buildings in the city, the boundaries between private and public properties is quickly blurring; particularly in multi-unit residential buildings, building facilities and functions are becoming increasingly complex. Such trends of increasingly complexity also raised the degree of difficulty and the importance of housing management and maintenance. This study mainly discusses how property management companies can improve the quality of their services in residential communities. Research was conducted via field studies and interviews at the targeted locations, and revolved around the household as the primary subject to be analyzed and discussed in-depth. To establish a set of "property management system of performance evaluation", then through the integration of the resident oversight mechanisms and the community administrative committee of this system are available at the rear of the system at any time query, this will help the community and property management companies of all the users to quickly communicate and provide better service. |
