A Proposed Plan for Extending Audio-visual Services in the Taipei High Schools

The audio-visual services presently available in the Taipei Educational Materials Center are inadequate for the size of the school system. The program lacks the necessary coordination that would make it strong throughout the city district. As the schools grow day by day, so must their ability to teach more efficiently, and thus it is necessary to provide adequate audio-visual services.
