中共成人教育之研究

A Study of Adult Education in Mainland China

本研究採歷史研究法及文獻分析法兩種方式，就中共實施成人教育的主要內容：掃盲教育、農民教育、職工教育及成人高等教育予以探討。獲得下列結論：（一）成人教育是補充四個現代化建設所需人才最便捷的方法。（二）中共成人教育已和全日制教育並成兩種教育系統。（三）農民教育中，掃盲與農業技術教育並重，不可偏廢。（四）中共教育投資比例過低，影響教育成效。（五）職工崗位培訓的實施是目前中共成人教育的主要重點。（六）成人全時、半工半讀的學習方式，產生工學矛盾的現象。（七）深圳特區的成人教育實施成效良好，可為全大陸成人教育的楷模。（八）中共旳成人高等教育，重視量的增加，未在質的提昇，致淪為低人一等的教育制度。（九）成人高等教育應加強教學之考核。（十）部份幹部及學生的觀念偏差，使成人教育品質無法提昇。未來中共成人教育應加強：（一）重視農村的成人教育。（二）增加成人普通陶冶課程。（三）實施成人教育的職業鑑定。（四）加強成人的教學研究。

The purpose of this paper is to explore the development of the main content of adult education in china, the methods of teaching, and the various difficultices. Adult education in China,from the primary school to university and college. has developed into a educaional system. It is the same importance as full-time education. Also it is the most quick way to supplement the technical talent who the construction of the four modernisations meeds. So far,adult education just increases in quantity; the promotion of quality does not. The paper includes six sections as follows: 1.Introducing the motivation,extent,methodand limitation of the study. 2.Exploring the factors and policies. 3.Analyzing the developmemt of eliminating illiteracy and peasant education. 4.Analyzing the main content and reform of worker education. 5.Dissussing the develope of higher adult education. 6.Conclusion and suggestion.
