This article analyzes the implementation of knowledge management towards the study of health industry comprising activities on process and their interdependencies, according to four perspectives of know ledge creation, diffusion, repository, and sharing. This study discusses the cognition of know ledge value and the support of technological capability, and constructs a strategy of know ledge management to promote the competition advantages in health industry. This study adopts technology Balanced Score Card (BSC) uses the in-patient department of a community teaching hospital in e-land City, a highly know ledge intensive and technology intensive, as a case to find out the influencing factors of performance evaluation. in hospital take the sample of the case's knowledge implementation and use financial construction of BSC combine with the other three financial constructions be the standard target of achievement in future because of their well creativity, highly add prices and concentrated knowledge. Total 216 copies of questionnaire had posted and 173 valid copies questionnaire had analyzed. The findings of the study are listed below. It is may be helpful for subsequent study and practical uses in knowledge transfer and hospital operation performance. |
