本研究乃利用兩種處理方式(過氧化氫氧化與Fenton氧化)處理照相廢液。照相廢液的COD值高低順序為軟片廢液>混合廢液(軟片廢液混合相片廢液)相片廢液,約在50,000~150,000mg/L之間。對去除軟片沖洗廢液的COD而言,Fenton氧化法比過氧化氫氧化法有效,去除效率分別為49%與34%;反應後過氧化殘餘率過氧化氫氧化法比Fenton氧化法高,分別為60%與20%。對相片沖洗廢液的COD去除效率,則Fenton氧化法與過氧化氫氧化法相近,去除效率約在45%;反應2小時後過氧化氫氧化法與Fenton氧化法的過氧化氫殘餘率皆趨近於零。過氧化氫濃度升高,軟片與相片沖洗廢液的COD去除率也隨之上升。由單位過氧化氫的COD去除量(COD/[H2O2])看,相片廢液和軟片廢液的單位去除量隨著過氧化氫濃度的增加而降低,並且軟片廢液的單位去除量比相片廢液多。而混合廢液的單位去除量除了[H2O2]=10,000mg/L時,COD/[H2O2]=0.39,比相片廢液高以外,其它皆比相片廢液和軟片廢液低,可以知道混合相片廢液和軟片廢液的處理效果不是很好。 |

In this study, two processes (hydrogen peroxide oxidation and Fenton oxidation) were employed and compared in the treatment of color photoprocessing wastewater. For the film processing wastewater (FW), Fenton oxidation is more effective in removing COD than hydrogen peroxide. The COD removal efficiencies using Fenton reagent and hydrogen peroxide oxidation as oxidants were 49% and 34%, respectively. The residual of hydrogen peroxide in the FW was approximately 60% and 20% of the total hydrogen peroxide utilized for the hydrogen peroxide and Fenton oxidation, respectively. For the paper processing wastewater (PW), the efficiencies of COD removal with H2O2 and H2O2/Fe2+ were almost the same, they were around 45%. For FW and PW, higher COD removal efficiencies were observed for higher concentrations of hydrogen peroxide. The COD values of the PW, FW and their mixture are 5,054 mg/L, 15,047 mg/L and 9,691 mg/L, respectively. At the same concentration of hydrogen peroxide, the COD removal for the PW was the highest and that for the FW is the lowest. For both FW and PW, the specific COD removal (ΔCOD/[H2O2]) decreased with increasing hydrogen peroxide concentration. Additionally, the specific COD removal for the mixture was always lower that for the FW and for the PW except when the hydrogen peroxide concentration was maintained at 10,000 mg/L. |
