This study is based on a personal account of the author, who attempts to justify the possible application of habitual domain theory among senior citizens when pursuing happiness, health, and longevity in the aging society of Taiwan. It aims to answer research questions such as how to become happier, healthier, and live longer with the application of habitual domain theory. The research results indicate that habitual domain theory positively contributes to the overall wellbeing of the elderly in Taiwan and hopefully the findings will shed some light to the literature. |
