習慣領域(HD)創新教學之探討－以「大HD•大未來：打造我的黃金十年」為例

The Study of Innovations in Teaching of Habitual Domains (HD)-the Case of Great HD•Great Future: Building up My Golden Decade

本研究旨在探討在習慣領域通識課程中，採用「大HD•大未來：打造我的黃金十年」創新教學活動，對大學生之生涯定向與規劃能力是否有助益等問題。研究方法採質性分析法，分析學生的作業內容以及期末調查意見，使用的研究途徑並採「習慣領域」理則及「問題導向學習」途徑。研究發現指出：「黃金十年」教學活動確實有助於學生對自己生涯目標作較明確的建立與評估，有助於其生涯定向發展，有利於未來的競爭優勢。尤其，習慣領域40個主要觀念中的若干理則，更有助於克服生涯中的各種困難、順利達成其理想目標；因而對未來的生涯發展深懷信心。同時，「黃金十年」教學活動，以結構性模糊的問題挑戰現代大學生，讓他們不是從老師所「敎」的學到知識，而是從自我探索、自我發掘，以及同儕的合作學習中，自己「學」到智慧－面對問題的解決能力；教學成效良好。有鑑於大部分大學青年對自己生涯定向相當不確定，學校的教學與相關活動應加強其對生涯探索、規劃的課題。建議各大學教學活動宜納入類似「黃金十年」等教學計畫，惟宜先教相關理論基礎如「習慣領域」，或實施類似性向測驗等作法，以加強教學成效。

This study aims to examine the effect on student career development in a general education by the project ＂Great HD， Great Future: building up my golden decade＂ (hereforth called golden decade). A qualitative research methodology was used to analyze student's assignments and a teaching evaluation survey at the end of the semester. It is found that through HD instruction， the ＂golden decade＂ project and its related teaching activities have helped the students' goal-setting for future career and competitive capacities. It is suggested that to maximize the benefit of ＂golden decade＂ project， some preliminary orientation is needed， including student aptitude test and other relevant theories of career planning.
