教育典範的轉移,代表著傳統以老師為中心的教學轉變成以學生為中心的自主學習模式,學習環境與學習方法皆需有所改變,而創新教學正可有效回應此等變化。創新教學是一種創造性的教學計畫,其重點在於運用適當的教學技巧,以學生為主體,並使之於創造性的情境中,在教師的引導下,學生可以發揮思考力和潛能。習慣領域(Habitual Domains, HD)重新結構的構想,可以詮釋教學主體改變後,教育理念及策略變化的必要性。隨著電腦網際網路的普及發展,同時運用多媒體教材有助於提升學習者的學習成效,網路教學的媒介環境與運作方法,提供一個多元化、彈性化、適時且適性的學習系統,非同步教學具有個人化與跨越時空的特性,能提供學習者進一步的教學,增加學習者的學習自主性與主動性、有助於達成創新教學的教學目標。若將習慣領域原理應用在非同步教學,即是針對參數與環境做改變,使學生跳脫原有的習慣領域,達到提升教學的成效。本文以臺灣大學教學發展中心所開發之非同步教學平台(CEIBA)為例,探討非同步教學如何融入創新教學所設定的教學方法與環境,說明學習者透過非同步教學得以主動建構知識。非同步教學融入創新教學環境中,可以增進學習者、教學者與教材之間的互動性,有助於適應以學習者為中心的學習模式。由此可見,非同步的創新教學模式,就是一個很好的擴展習慣領域的應用實例,藉由開放或限定的網路平台擴展習慣領域,除可以克服受限上課時間和教室空間的溝通問題,更能彰顯教學成效並重構教與學的關係。 |

In order to meet the requirements of transformation of teaching model, from the passive learning into active learning, the learning environment and learning methods need to be changed. The Creative Learning just can meet the requirement of this change. The Creative Learning is a kind of creation of teaching program, through proper teaching skills to create the learning environments, and under the teacher's guidance, students may show the their competence and potential ability. The Habitual Domains (HD) was reorganized by the teaching model change, and it may provide the evidence of necessity of the teaching model change from passive learning to active learning. In accordance with the popularity and development of net work, multi-media have been used as a tool to upgrade the learning results. It provides a very flexible learning tool. The Collaborative Enhanced Instruction by Asynchronous Learning (CEIBA) may provide a platform to meet individual need of learning, without the limitation of time and space. It has the function to upgrade the performance of teaching results Based on the CEIBA, developed by the Center of Teaching Development of National Taiwan University, This paper presents the results of a case of how to incorporate the Creative Teaching into the above-mentioned net work to enhance the interaction among the instructors, teaching materials. And it is suitable to meet the active learning model. As the results indicated by this paper, the CEIBA provides a creative teaching model. It may enlarge the Habitual Domains of each individual. And the limitation of space and time of learning can be neglected. It also reorganized the relationship between the teaching and learning. |
