This article reports on the nursing experience of a patient with an abdominal aorta aneurysm who received a mini invasive abdominal aortic stent graft implantation. Using Gordon's model, we identified that the patient presented health problems such as knowledge deficit, potential risk of injury, and potential risk of wound infection. We provided an individualized nursing care plan and interventions for the patient, which were implemented using the guidance of the nurses' professional knowledge and skills in the operating room. The nursing care plan and interventions helped the patient undergo the operation in a comfortable environment, thereby enabling the patient to recover earlier and regain his previous quality of life. This paper can serve as a reference for similar cases in the future. |
