The purpose of this research was to investigate the relationship between service quality and cyclist satisfaction at An-Ping bikeway in Tainan. Service quality model (PZB Model) as a theoretical framework explains that the factors and items of service quality measurement scales of bikeway. Data analysis applied the methodologies of independent means T-test and one-way ANOVA. These methodologies were to test the differences in service quality of bikeway according to cyclist's identity. The results revealed that the relationships among service quality, cyclist satisfaction, and behavioral intention after visiting are discussed by regression as well. |
