我國大專院校廣播人才培育現況調查分析研究

專業人員的養成端賴專業教育的訓練與教導，是最複雜和困難的一件事，廣播人才的培育更需學校與業界的合作努力方能達成。
本研考的研究目的在：1. 瞭解各大專院校傳播科系在學學生在廣播電臺實習現況；3.瞭解各大專院校傳播科系畢業生在廣播電臺就業現況；4.瞭解廣播電臺對大專院校傳播科系廣播專業教育之看法等。
透過對1.我國廣播電視專業教育的發展，2.日、美、歐等國家新聞與廣播電視教育的文獻探討。本研究計設兩種問卷，就「學校、廣播從業人員、及廣播電臺主管」等三方面的調查，研究結果與結論如下：
1.播音能力與企劃能力是未來廣播人才培育上應該加強的重心。
2.應該進一步加強學校與電臺間的建教合作關係。
社會對於廣播人才的需求急速增加，未來，產學雙方更應加強雙方的建教合作關係，以期實務界也能對廣播人才培育提供其應有的貢獻，而相對的，學生在獲得良好的實務經驗後，更能印證理論與實務，藉以提升其學習成效。

The aim of this research is to find out the current sitation of radio communication education in mass comm. department of Universities/colleges in Taiwan, the current sitution of the student taining at the radio stations, the practice of these students, and the ideas about radio comm.. edu. In Univ./coll. By the entepriser.
This research discusses the developments of specialized broadcasts edu., the literature review of Japanese, American, and European broadcast edu., and three investigation research, including school edu., employee and exectives of broadcast industries. Finally, the conclusions of this research are: (1). Abilities of broadcast and planning are the focal points in the radio-training program (2). Emphasis of the cooperation between school and radio comm.. industries.
Unive./Coll. And broadcast industries should cooperate each other due to the demand for specialized skill in the radio comm.. fiels. At the same time, the students can gain more working experiences and ikprove the outcome of learning.
