處在資訊社會,老人容易受到數位排除,成為數位高風險族群。本研究主要目的為設計一套老人上網培力方案,並實際評估此方案的成效。本文選取16位居住鄉下、不會上網且年滿60歲以上的長者為研究對象,每週實施2小時的單元活動,總共進行10個單元活動。透過行動研究蒐集相關資料,並不斷改善活動內容,最後獲得結論如下,並提出相關建議。首先,該方案讓老人享受成功上網經驗,翻轉數位文盲的刻版印象,且此活動設計可作為高齡者上網培力教材之參考;再者,老人上網有助於生活實用資訊取得,增進人際支持及成就感,提升部份生活品質,唯可能遭遇家庭支持度不足,以及網路近用機會缺乏雙重困境,容易產生資訊退用,並導致消權感。因此,建議政府積極推動代間家庭數位文化反哺活動,以增進家人融合及支持;並提供偏鄉地區公共且免費的友善上網環境,降低年齡數位落差;最後,本文亦對未來研究提出建議。 |
英文摘要 |
In informational society, the senior trends to become the population of digital social exclusion, and the high-risk population of surfing the net. The paper was at-tempted to design an empowerment oriented learning program for senior on the In-ternet, and evaluated the effects of the program. For these objectives, action re-search method was employed. The results showed that: 1. The design of empower-ment oriented learning program for senior on the internet is completed, and it is regarded as a teaching material for senior surfing the net; 2. It is convenient for senior to surf the internet in daily life, and improve part of life quality of the aged by the program; 3. The predicament of senior surfing the internet is short of family support, and lack of opportunity of accessing the Internet. |
