幼兒母親母職角色信念與母職守門之研究

A Study on the Relationships between Motherhood Beliefs and Maternal Gatekeeping

本研究旨在探討母職角色信念對母職守門之關係，主要目的為：1.探討母職角色信念對母職守門總量表的預測效果。2.分析母職角色信念對母職守門行為分量表之預測效果。3.探討母職角色信念對母職守門責任分量表之預測效果。4.歸納研究結果，提出具體建議，作為提昇母職角色且減低母職守門及做為後續相關研究之參考。為達上述目的，本研究兼採文獻探討、調查研究等方法來蒐集資料，依文獻探討及先前研究結果，以自編之「母職角色信念量表」及「母職守門量表」為研究工具，調查學前幼兒之母親共313人，資料蒐集後以迴歸分析法進行資料處理。依上述研究目的及實證研究結果，本研究主要結論為：（一）母職角色信念對整體母職守門有顯著的預測力，其中以「母職使命感」最能預測整體母職守門傾向。（二）母職角信念對母職守門「行為」層面有顯著的預測力，其中以「母職使命感」最能預測母職守門「行為」層面。（三）母職角色信念對母職守門「責任」層面有顯著的預測力，其中以「母職使命感」、「母職成就感」及「母職實踐感」最能預測母職守門「責任」層面。根據上述研究結論，本研究提出建議如下：（一）幼兒教師或保育人員應重視且減低幼兒母親之母職守門現象。（二）學校與社教機構應舉辦母職成長團體，以提昇母職角色。（三）鼓勵角庭及親職教育領域研究者投入母職守門之研究。

The purpose of this study was to explore the relationships on motherhood beliefs and maternal gatekeeping. The data have been collected from research's motherhood beliefs scale and maternal gatekeeping scale . A total of 402 questionnaires were passed to the preschoolers’ mothers, and 313 were collected valid. The data collected from target samples were analyzed by regression analysis. The research finds that the 'motherhood mission' , 'motherhood achievement' and 'motherhood practice' have varying degrees of influence on maternal gatekeeping. The conclusions were drawn based on previous findings, some suggestions were proposed for mothers and researchers.
