In order to understand the situation and tendency on the research of 'schools' organizational innovation in Taiwan', firstly this article constructs a framework – 'Schools' organizational innovation'as the basic of analysis. In this article, all the researching themes about 'schools' organizational innovation in Taiwan'written by masters and doctors during 1995 ~ 2007 are the target of the research. Its purpose is to understand the existed research during this period, and then offer 5 suggestions for future researching tendency further. The 5 suggestions are listed as below: 1.Lay more emphasis on those subjects which are not popular and insufficient 2.Refuse the pragmatism of 'serve under the policy'3.Throw off the researching way of giving priority to questionnaire, and logical positivism 4.Augment the application on the theory of innovative administer 5.Broaden the worldwide views and increase the international comparative studies and communication |
