1995年至2007年臺灣地區學校組織創新議題博碩論文研究狀況之分析與展望

The Analysis and Perspective on the subject of Schools' Organizational Innovation in Taiwan by studying the researching themes written by masters and doctors during 1995 ~ 200

為了解台灣地區有關學校組織創新議題研究狀況及趨勢，本研究首先建構「學校組織創新之內涵架構」作為分析的基礎。研究範圍以1995年至2007年間，台灣地區學校組織創新議題有關之博碩士論文，做為分析探討的對象。希望藉以理解台灣地區此段時期，有關學校組織創新議題博碩士論文研究實況之各項資料，並衡酌上述之「研究成果」及學理，展望未來的研究方向並提出五項建議：一、補強疏漏及乏人探究之主題；二、擺脫服務政策的實用主義思維；三、擺脫「問卷調查法為主、邏輯實證論為宗」的趨勢；四、加強新興管理理論的應用；五、提升國際視野，加強跨國性比較研究與交流。

In order to understand the situation and tendency on the research of 'schools' organizational innovation in Taiwan', firstly this article constructs a framework – 'Schools' organizational innovation'as the basic of analysis. In this article, all the researching themes about 'schools' organizational innovation in Taiwan'written by masters and doctors during 1995 ~ 2007 are the target of the research. Its purpose is to understand the existed research during this period, and then offer 5 suggestions for future researching tendency further. The 5 suggestions are listed as below: 1.Lay more emphasis on those subjects which are not popular and insufficient 2.Refuse the pragmatism of 'serve under the policy'3.Throw off the researching way of giving priority to questionnaire, and logical positivism 4.Augment the application on the theory of innovative administer 5.Broaden the worldwide views and increase the international comparative studies and communication
