關於物業管理理論課程教材知識內容體系的定量分析——基於ROST CM6 內容挖掘系統的詞頻分析

Study on the teaching material contents of property management theoretical Courses: Quantitative Analysis by ROST CM6 content mining system

物 業管理實踐與行業發展，物業管理理論研究的進步，要求物業管理專業教育的理論課程教材跟上發展步伐。目前物業管理理論課教材編著出版數量迅速增長，但編寫體例不一，邏輯不清，內容層次選擇五花八門，不利於物業管理人員職業價值觀和基本知識邏輯、基本專業素養的形成，成為影響物業管理職業人才培養目標的實現的重要問題。這就特別需要用科學的方法研究物業管理理論課教材知識內容選擇的現狀及問題，以提出解決的思路和方法。鑒此，本文通過讀秀進行搜索，同時在當當網、卓越亞馬遜等購書網站上進行搜索，並結合教學經驗最終確定了74 本常用物業管理理論教材，採用ROST CM6 文本挖掘軟體分別對章、節標題出現的專業詞條進行分析，瞭解物業管理理論教材編者在知識內容選擇方面的現狀，發現其中的一些偏向及問題，以期為我國物業管理理論課程教學知識內容構建及層次選擇提供參考。

W ith the development of property management practices and the progress of property management theory research, there is an urgent need for the teaching materials to keep up with the pace of practices. Although the teaching materials of the property management theory are rapidly increasing, there are still some problems such as the non-uniform writing styles, unclear logic, different content selection and so on. These problems may be not conducive to the formation of the property management professional values, basic knowledge logic and fundamental professionalism. As a result, the training objectives of the property management may not be achieved. Therefore, it is necessary to study the status and problems in the content selection of the property management theoretical courses by scientific methods for solutions. In view of this, by Duxiu search engine, Dangdang and Amazon, this paper finalizes 74 common theory teaching materials on property management to do content analysis with text mining software ROST CM6, including the headings of chapters and sections, to provide suggestions for construction and level selection of property management theoretical courses.
