The aim of research is how to integrate property management and urban renewal development. First of all, the research area has to be defined. Urban renew can be classified in two categories: reconstruction and renovation, and property management can be divided in two types in terms of who plays the leader role (government or non-government). Thus, four models are derived, which are: 1. Model A: Integration of reconstructive model of urban renewal with property management, which are lead by government. 2. Model B: Integration of reconstructive model of urban renewal with property management, which are lead by non-government. 3. Model C: Integration of renovation and maintenance model of urban renewal with property management, which are lead by government. 4. Model D: Integration of renovation and maintenance model of urban renewal with property management, which are lead by non-government. It is possible to apply the first stage of the property management model into model A and B. For the maintenance and renovation model, the building renovation can be developed and applied on model C and D. |
