Liu Ta-K'uei on Literature

Liu Ta-k'uei 劉大櫆, is generally considered one of the three progenitors of the so-called T'ung-ch'eng School(T'ung-ch'eng p'ai 桐城派), the most important and influential school of prose writing in China from the eighteenth through early twentieth century.
