Technical colleges is an important cradle of cultivating industries professionals. At present, technical colleges use digital teaching platforms to provide students with digital teaching content, which can allow technological and vocational students to learn in an environment with no space or time constraints. This study analyzed the relationships among environmental factors, personal factors, satisfaction and loyalty at technological and vocational schools in the northern region of Taiwan. Using stratified convenience sampling, this study selected 263 students from northern Taiwan as the research subjects. An environmental consciousness scale, self efficacy scale, attitude scale, satisfaction scale, and loyalty scale were administered to the subjects, and structure equation modeling were used to analyze the results. The results showed that: (a) consciousness of the environment can significantly predict self-efficacy, attitude, satisfaction and loyalty; (b) self-efficacy can significantly predict attitude and satisfaction; (c) attitude can significantly predict satisfaction and (d) satisfaction can significantly predict loyalty. Based on the findings of this study, discussion and suggestions were made for technological and vocational teachers and for future research. |
