As the graduation time comes, the graduates are about to get into the job market. However, the current situation is that the supply of job market is much less than the need of the people. This makes the unemployment rates constantly high. The graduates feel so panicked in the face of the graduation time. In addition to the general low market condition, the training of the talents and the need of industrial need are out of joint in the educational system. The education system strives to upgrade the human resources among the colleges and universities, but this cannot positively be affirmed among the industries. The talents training in the universities cannot satisfy the need of the industries. Hence, there exists a gap between the industries’ need and the training of the school; the graduates from the training courses cannot satisfy what the expectation of the industries. As the disjoint between the two sides continues, the knowledge and skills learned from schools can no longer satisfy the need of the industry. The current imperative task is to make the training plans to move towards the need of the industry in order to achieve the balance between need and supply. The study collects the relevant literature and opinions of the scholars by using the triangular fuzzy number of the fuzzy Delphi method. This is made to create a capability index for the business administration graduates. Then, the analytical hierarchy process is applied to construct a relevant weight system of the capability indicator in order to achieve business administration students’ capability indicator and weight system. |
