教育部於九十二年度起為協助教師專業成長獲得實踐新課程的知能,推出課程與 教學深耕計晝,其中第二子計晝為『專業夥伴攜手合作----大學與國民中小學攜手計 晝』,係透過師資培育之大學與國民中小學攜手合作,秉持『夥伴、合作互惠、長期 性、自願』原則建立較長期之專業發展關係,期讓大學與中小學能攜手合作共同成長。 本文以一個真正參與該計晝的大學教師角度,從文獻與實務面探究執行此計晝的行動 歷程,並提出相關建議,供行政單位修訂計晝與大學一中小學合作可行方式的參考。 |
英文摘要 |
The Ministry of Education introduced curriculum and teaching programs in 2003 on the purpose of helping teachers receive professional growth of the knowledge and skills. The second sub-projects, Professional Partners Work Together -- Primary and Secondary Schools and University, expected that University and primary or secondary schools could work together and grow together by the principle of “partnership, cooperation, reciprocity, long-term, and voluntariness”. This research based on the view of a university faculty who really participated in the program to describe the process of implementation from literature review and reality. Finally, make some suggestions for revising the programs and feasible ways for the collaboration of university and primary school. |
