The study is related to affecting factors on management perfonnance and organizational support by organizational change. The researcher adopts questionnaire survey, targeted on the teachers of teachers college. Sending out 169 questionnaires. totally 87 effective questionnaire samples were nude The study uses structural equation modeling (SEM) to test structural model and to analyze the relationship among these variables. The results show that the influence of management perfonnance. perceived organizational support on organizational change is evident. On the other hand, perceived organizational support is not Intermediary with perceived management performance and perceived organizational change. At last. according to the above conclusions, the researcher is to provide some suggestions for teachers college and further study. |
