中文摘要 | 本文為解決我國教育實習制度所產生的問題,從制度設計的角度,運用結構邏輯方法分析我國教育實習制度設計,以達精進我國教育實習制度設計之目的。首先,本文從歷史發展的角度,分析教育實習制度在實際運作中的問題屬性,而必須採用結構性分析制度方式解決;其次,本文藉結構邏輯(structural logics)架構共兩層面七項目,分析教育實習制度設計上的要素;復次,本文提出教育實習制度設計精進之道;最後,本文獲致教育實習問題實屬難解問題、結構邏輯分析教育實習制度的設計有部份要素需納入考量,以及精進教育實習制度設計之道,包括應然與實然層面以及制度設計者的能量等結果。 |
英文摘要 | This paper aims at systemic analyzing the problems of educational practicum internship institution in Taiwan by questioning construction methods and structural logic of institution design. Firstly, this paper clarifies the context of internship institution via historical analysis and policy texts review in order to define the nature of internship problems and the concept of wicked problems. Secondly, this paper formulates the structural logic of institutions design to be the base for further analysis of the educational practicum institution design in Taiwan. Finally, this paper delivers conclusions on the above study, including the wicked problem of educational practicum and the way to solve is by structural analysis; there are some elements that have to be included into institution design; “what ought to be”, “what can be done” and the capacity of institution designer are ways to advance the institution design. |
