中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討地方政府教育處組織績效之現況與提升績效實施策略、困境與配套措施。為達研究目的,本研究運用平衡計分卡之觀念,以問卷調查方式進行。研究對象以花蓮縣教育處及學校行政人員為母群體, 採分層隨機抽樣方式進行。共計發出問卷312份、回收有效問卷267份,有效回收率85.57%。本研究結論如下: |
英文摘要 | This study aims to investigate the situation on organization performance, and the practice, difficulty and improvement measures of educational bureau in Hualien County government. In order to achieve the goal of the research, this study adopts the concept of the Balanced Scorecard and the method of questionnaire. 312 questionnaires sent to administration personnel from junior high and elementary schools in Hualien, 267 usable questionnaires were returned. questionnaire response rate was 85.57%. Based on the analyzed results of this survey, the research results are as follows: |
