本研究旨在了解國民小學教師正向領導與學生學習表現之現況與關係。在研究方法上採用問卷調查法，並編製「國民小學教師正向領導與學生學習表現調查問卷」，研究對象為臺灣地區國民小學教師，使用結構方程模式驗證教師正向領導與學生學習表現之關係。研究結果顯示教師正向領導與學生學習表現現況良好，兩者之間具相關性，且獲得一個具良好適配度的影響關係模式，證明教師正向領導與學生學習表現有顯著之直接影響效果。歸納研究結果，建議教師實施正向領導，營造和諧班級氣氛，培養合作學習團隊，建立正向能量社群網絡，增強學生學習動力，進而提升學習表現。

The study purpose is to investigate the relationship between Teacher positive leadership and Student learning achievement in elementary schools. Questionnaire survey has been used. In addition, this study uses structural equation modeling with prospective data to test for model fit. The findings indicate that Teacher positive leadership positively affects Student learning achievement. The results suggest that Teachers should implement positive leadership to accelerate Student’s learning achievement.
