中文摘要 | 本研究以國外教育改革的理論,採教育改革M. Fullan’s的國際領域權威,藉教育變革新意義的研究,賦予新的詮釋,以朝向學校變革的新派典。二十多年以來,由於我國邁向政治民主,社會環境急遽變化,而教育革新也一波波興起。倘若能增加吸收國外教改理論或經驗,呼應國情需要條件,透過公共論述、評估與實踐行動,期以正確朝向教育改革目標。故本研究以文獻分析方法,目的以M. Fullan’s教育改革理論的探討,以學校革新為核心,並嘗試提出教育改革啟示之參考。 |
英文摘要 | This study, via the investigation of the foreign theory of educational reformation, and the meaning of educational reformation and following the authority of M. Fullan’s international educational reformation authority, aims to give a new philosophy of school revolution. Over the past twenty years, because of the democracy movement in our country, the social circumstance underwent rapid changes and this was followed by a series of educational reformation. If we can increase the absorption of the education-reformation theories and experiences in the foreign countries to echo the nation-specific condition, we will be able to move toward the ideals of educational reformation via public discourse, evaluation and practical action. Therefore, in this study, we aim to offer inspiration and suggestions for educational reformation via the analysis of literature and the investigation of M. Fullan’s theory of educational reformation. |
