This article discusses about whether to establish a specific paragraph for distributing other peoples private pictures, regardless of using independent requisite elements or just aggravating the incumbent regulations. This article conducts analysis in terms of legal interests, criminal policy and the clarity of requisite elements, and thus manifests that none of the aforementioned models should be incorporated into the existing criminal law system. |
