Specifically, Corporate Community Involvement (CCI), which focuses on the community stakeholders, recognized as a key component of CSR, offering numerous benefits to both corporations and communities. However, domestic companies rarely have active CCI practices., indicating challenges in its implementation. This study employs a case study methodology, selecting one domestic corporation and one community as subjects, to assist both parties in integrating PPGIS into CCI practices. Through the organization of PPGIS workshops, which facilitated face-to-face communication among both stakeholders, the study established a consensus and develop CCI plans. The effectiveness of PPGIS in CCI practices was examined throughout this process. The observations and analyses of the practical case revealed that the introduction of PPGIS enhanced the effectiveness of CCI practices. This included established a multifaceted CCI structure, increased stakeholder participation and empowerment, balanced perspectives, and knowledge, and built equal partnerships. Consequently, this study not only expands the potential for integrating PPGIS and CCI but also validates the effectiveness of using PPGIS in CCI practice.
