National Taiwan University Hospital is committed to a patient-centered care philosophy that guides the development of our strategic roadmap with a clear direction. We systematically promote resource allocation through indicator monitoring, innovative technologies, interdisciplinary collaboration, and active patient engagement. Furthermore, through continuous education, we cultivate talent and shape organizational culture, thereby continuously improving health-care quality and patient safety. The Quality and Patient Safety Committee conducts annual reviews of work plans, encompassing quality improvement, patient safety, management enhancement, and educational research. From 2019 to 2022, we invested in various intelligent technologies to improve quality and safety, including the implementation of artificial intelligence, business intelligence systems, and web-based shared decision-making processes. Additionally, we actively promote domestic and international exchanges.
