In this research, Adaptive Medical Test In-Service Training Based on Cloud Role Play Game Learning is proposed for continuous online training without physical face-to-face teaching. By various designing methods, the medical in-service test environment or progress can be transformed into the game maps, scenes, and stories. According to the education theory and game designing platform, the game learning contents can be independently and individually designed. The verification shows that the game is achievable and can evaluate each learner individually. Corresponding to the evaluated learning ability of each learner, suitable learning content or game missions could be provided to the related learner for better learning performance. The feedback from all users of the game learning system shows the feasibility of medical test in-service training based on game learning. After playing the game, about 50% of learners could know the way to improve their medical test operations. Almost 60% of learners could handle the training game contents and did not find it complex. More than 70% of learners could concentrate on the game, and enjoyed this learning game with curiosity. |
