2018年世界跆拳道品勢錦標賽中華臺北隊公認品勢少年組競賽實務報告

The Practice Report about Cadet Recognized Poomsae Group of Chinese Taipei Team in 2018 World Taekwondo Poomsae Championships

跆拳道運動早期僅舉辦對練項目，於2003年起總會世界跆拳道新增品勢、防身術、擊破等武藝競賽種類，促使跆拳道多元發展。2006年世界跆拳道舉行第1屆世界跆拳道品勢錦標賽，後於2014年仁川亞洲運動會，將跆拳道品勢項目列入亞運正式項目。本報告目的：針對2018年世界跆拳道品勢錦標賽，中華臺北12-14歲公認品勢少年組國家代表隊備賽實務報告，分析內容包含選手基本資料、競賽規則說明、訓練計畫與執行過程等。結語：本次賽會獲得1金2銀1銅，將相關資料與分析統整，做為未來跆拳道品勢教練之訓練參考。建議：品勢項目已成為我國國際賽會中奪牌之重點項目，未來若能根據運動種類特性、提升選手專項體技能，規劃長期計畫持續培育選手，期許競賽成績再創佳績，為國增光。

 

Introduction: In the early days of Taekwondo, only Kyorugi event were held. Since 2003, the World Taekwondo Federation has added new types of martial arts competitions such as stance, self-defense, and breaking, which has promoted the diversified development of Taekwondo.In 2006, the World Taekwondo Federation held the first World Taekwondo Championship. In 2014, the Incheon Asian Games Taekwondo was listed as an official event. Purpose: This article was to record and analysis the competition practice report of the Chinese Taipei 12-14 year old recognized Poomsae Junior National Team in the 2018 World Taekwondo Poomsae Championships, including player analysis, rule descriptions, training plans and execution processesetc. Result: A total of 1 gold, 2 silver and 1 bronze were won in this competition. All data would beprovide Taekwondo Poomsae coaches for further training programs reference.Suggestions: The Poomsae event has gradually become the item that my country won in the World Games. In the future, if the training camp can continue and give more time to nurture the players according to the characteristics of the sport and the specific physical skills of the players, there will begreater results.
