AI是近年來發展快速的科技，影響層面日益擴大。本文以人工智慧之法律邏輯、演算法及民事應用為主軸，嘗試探討新興技術蓬勃發展趨勢中，社會與法律制度的對應之道。即以人工智慧在法律應用為主軸，介紹AI、演算法、機器學習、法律大數據、法律資訊邏輯基礎，及舉例法律機器人等，討論律師服務的契機與挑戰，議題具有高度的話題性。論述重點在於AI技術發展下如何操作此技術於法律邏輯與演算上之運用，以協助或取代傳統之法律思考與判斷。總結認為，律師行業並不會被AI完全取代，未來AI勢將成為律師的助手和替代者，應用於法律檢索、文件審閱、案件預測及基礎法律諮詢。建議及早妥適設置或修改相關的規則、制度，為新興科技預留法律制度的必要空間。

In recent years, Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies are rapidly developed and have expanded increasing influence in various dimensions. This article focuses on the legal logic and algorithms as well as the civil law application of AI, trying to explore the corresponding way for our society and legal systems. We discuss the controversial issues of its impacts, opportunities and challenges toward the legal services. That is to use AI as the main axis in legal practice, introducing AI algorithms, machine learning, legal big data, legal informatics with examples of legal robots, that draw growing attention and interests. Main research analysis is on how to apply AI to legal logic and algorithms in order to assist or replace traditional legal thinking and judgment. In conclusion, we suggest that the lawyers will not be completely replaced by AI, whereas AI technologies will become assistant tools for future lawyers and legal services, mainly in legal retrieval, document review, case prediction and basic legal consultation. As a result, it is necessary to properly set up or modify relevant rules and law systems as soon as possible in order to pave the way for the evolving technologies.
