That is to use AI as the main axis in legal practice, introducing AI algorithms, machine learning, legal big data, legal informatics with examples of legal robots, that draw growing attention and interests. Main research analysis is on how to apply AI to legal logic and algorithms in order to assist or replace traditional legal thinking and judgment. In conclusion, we suggest that the lawyers will not be completely replaced by AI, whereas AI technologies will become assistant tools for future lawyers and legal services, mainly in legal retrieval, document review, case prediction and basic legal consultation. As a result, it is necessary to properly set up or modify relevant rules and law systems as soon as possible in order to pave the way for the evolving technologies. |
