新冠肺炎疫情催化了全球各行各業的數位轉型，健康照護也不例外。我國新版的電子病歷製作及管理辦法草案已完成公告，待衛生福利部正式公告後即可開始施行。新版的電子病歷製作及管理辦法開放醫療機構使用雲端資源管理電子病歷，也對同意書等文件的電子化有明確的規範，將帶領我國電子病歷發展進入新的紀元。2022年是我國健保給付遠距醫療的元年，在爆發社區感染三級警戒時，更開放通訊診療範圍讓一般民眾使用。疫情加速了全球遠距醫療的發展，隨著數位轉型的深化，資訊安全與數據治理都是很重要的課題。

The COVID-19 pandemic has expedited the digital transformation of industries around the world, including the healthcare industry. Taiwan’s new draft regulations for production and management of electronic medical records have been announced and may be implemented after official enactment by the Ministry of Health and Welfare. The aforementioned regulations allow medical institutions to use cloud resources to manage electronic medical records and stipulate clear provisions on electronicization of documents, such as consent forms; this will bring Taiwan’s development of electronic medical records into a new era. This year (2022) marks the first year that telemedicine is covered by the National Health Insurance. During the Level 3 alert imposed in response to local transmission, teleconsultation was made available to the general public. The pandemic has accelerated the development of telemedicine worldwide.
