This study aims to clarify the relationships among organizational learning, organizational innovation and organizational effectiveness in the elementary school context. The survey research method was adopted and the consciousnesses of 502 elementary-school teachers in Hsinchu areas were collected as samples. Following the literature review, this study proposes two theoretical models: the direct-effect model and mediation-effect model and analyzes by using Structural Equation Modeling to verify the validity of models. The SEM results show that the goodness-of-fit of both two models were fairly good. The main conclusions are: (1) organizational learning and organizational innovation have direct effects on organizational effectiveness; (2) organizational learning, mediated by organizational innovation, has indirect effect on organizational effectiveness. Furthermore, some suggestions were provided as the references for the school operation and development. |
