幼兒園教育人員對組織創新知覺之研究   全文下載

A Study on Kindergarten Teachers' Perception the Concept of Organizational Innovation in Kindergartens

本研究採用問卷調查法，以大台中市、彰化縣、南投縣、雲林縣等縣市已立案之公私立幼兒園教育人員為研究對象，探討幼兒園教育人員對組織創新知覺情形。獲致以下結論：1.男性幼兒園教育人員對組織創新知覺程度高於女性；2.年齡較大的幼兒園教育人員對於「教師教學」、「環境資源與設備」要求較高；3.不同年資幼兒園教育人員對於組織創新無顯著差異；4.教育程度為研究所畢業者對於組織創新較重視；5.私立幼兒園教育人員對於「園所文化」較為重視；6.園所長較重視組織創新；7.規模7-9班之幼兒園教育人員組織創新整體總分顯著高於規模3班以下、12班以上之幼兒教育人員；8.大台中市、彰化縣幼兒園教育人員對於組織創新整體總分顯著高於南投縣、雲林縣。

This study applied questionnaire approach and took the educators of kindergartens in Taichung, Changhua, Nantou and Yunlin as targets to explore their perception towards the concept of organizational innovation. Main results are: 1.Perception level, males are higher than females; 2.Veteran educator require higher in items such as instruction and resource and equipment; 3.No significant difference toward organization innovation among different years of service; 4.Educators with graduate school diploma care more on organization innovation; 5.Private kindergarten educators value more on culture; 6.Headmaster/Headmistress emphasize more on organization innovation; 7. Size of kindergarten matters overall scores higher in kindergarten with seven to nine classes then those with class number below three or above twelve; 8.Educators in Taichung and Changhua demonstrate higher scores than those in the rest counties.
