濁水溪沖積扇近期地表變形觀測

The short term crustal deformation of the Choshuichi groundwater basin, central Taiwan

濁水溪沖積扇分布於彰化縣及雲林縣境內，是濁水溪沖積而成的廣泛平原，由於土質肥沃，氣候上也適合植物生長，且蘊藏豐富的地下水，在天然雨量不足下，水源仍可依靠地下水而不虞匱乏，因此農、漁業發展條件良好，一直扮演重要糧倉的角色，但由於本區長期超抽地下水，已造成廣大面積的土地下陷情形嚴重。本文利用GPS移動站（Campaign Mode GPS ）、精密水準測量（Leveling ）及GPS連續觀測站（Continuous GPS ）近十年來的觀測資料，從水平方向與垂直方向的角度，探討濁水溪沖積扇地區近期地表的變形情形，研究結果顯示，濁水溪沖積扇近十年來於扇央的下陷速率較快，在彰化及雲林各有一處下陷中心，雲林縣的下陷面積較大，速率也較快，高速鐵路通過濁水溪沖積扇有超過20公里以上部份處於沉陷狀態中，建議在雲林土庫與彰化溪州間應進行常態性的監測，透過管制手段合理使用地下水資源。 Territory of the Choshui River alluvial fan located in Changhua County and Yunlin County , Is the wide plain of Chuoshui River , Because of the fertile soil, climate is suitable for plant growth, and rich in groundwater, under natural rainfall, water can still rely on groundwater and privation, so agriculture and fisheries development in good conditions, granary has played an important role, but because of excessive ground water extraction, for a long time in this area, has resulted in large areas of ground settlement situation serious. Using GPS mobile station(Campaign Mode GPS), precision level measurement (Leveling ) and GPS continuous observation ( Continuous GPS) observations over the past decade, from the perspective of horizontal and vertical orientation, discuss recent ground deformation in the Choshui River alluvial fan area, research shows , the Choshui River alluvial fan to fan Yang over the past decade the subsidence rate faster , in Changhua and Yunlin have a settlement Center And the larger settlement area of Yunlin County , speed is also faster , high speed railway passing through the Choshui River alluvial fan more than 20 km or more parts in a State of subsidence , Recommendations in Yunlin Turkmenistan and Changhua Creek should undertake regular monitoring through regulatory means rational use of groundwater resources.
