關於資優學生生涯規劃的一些思考

Considering the Perspectives of Career Planning for Gifted Students

本文擬提出「資優學生生涯規劃」這個主題可以思考的面向。文中並以筆者實際接觸的幾個特別的資優學生為例，討論資優學生面臨生涯規劃時可能產生的困境。期待本文能促成資優教育工作者加以深入探究，並思考在輔導資優學生時如何扮演積極協助的角色。

In this article， perspectives on the career planning for gifted students were pointed out while the challenges that gifted students may face were illustrated and discussed by various examples. It was expected that more educators in the field of gifted education could play positive supporting roles in providing counseling and career services to assist gifted students.
