Today, criminals also turn to real estate, lottery coupons, antiquities, international trade or money laundering through offshore companies. With the use of financial technology and Internet technology, criminals are more inclined to use advanced technology or technology to conduct illegal transactions. Money laundering has become a downstream crime from the drug trade, illegal firearms trade, or corruption, and has become a fundamental problem for many organized crimes, and it also involves the financial and legal systems of countries. Over the past decade, some countries have made efforts to establish anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing.
