The intent of this study is to explore the application of case method on the teaching of school public relations and its effectiveness. The interview method was employed to ten in-service graduate students who took seminar on school public relations to understand their learning performance. Meanwhile, the observation method assisted by research assistantwas adopted to record the process of teacher-students interaction. In addition, the digital learning platform was used to enhance students’ participation and engagement. The result shows that the case method had a positive impact on graduate students’ learning performance. The frequencies of logging in and posting on the digital learning platform indicated that the platform was positive to enhance graduate student discussions. More importantly, graduate students put theory into practice in order to marketing their schools. |
