In this educational open reform times, because of redistribute of the educational resources, also the school power structure changed at the same time. Because the change of the school power relation will also has the influence to the school administration ecology. Therefore,to understand the influencing factors of school organizational power restructuring and go deep to find out the tactic to improve the school achievement is an important issue for school management. Reconstruction of power in school is that educational transforms to the school administration structure and the power has the influenced, it causes the school organizational power had been changed, and readjusts adapts demand of the social change.This study is to discuss the theory foundation and the present situation of school organizational power restructuring, and aimed to have some suggests for schooling power structure. Such as to improve the workers' professional ability, to improve the organizational structure downsizing, push the administration system to work in a balance way, and to build the professional group of the school organization.
