本文藉由相關研究的蒐集來探討校長領導、組織文化、知識管理與學校效能間之關係。首先,將相關之研究進行文獻的整理與列述。其次,針對所蒐集的研究進行統整,歸納出校長領導、組織文化、知識管理與學校效能間之關係,企圖進一步瞭解校長領導係直接影響學校效能,亦或是透過中介變項(組織文化或知識管理)而影響學校效能,以及組織文化與知識管理對學校效能之影響是否有交互作用。最後,提出本文的結語與建議。 |
英文摘要 |
The purpose of this article was to explore the relationship among principal’s leadership, organizational culture, knowledge management and school eff ectiveness by collecting the related researches. First of all, we compiled and listed the related literatures. Secondly, we integrated the researches which we have already collected, and inducted the relationship among principal’s leadership, organizational culture, knowledge management and school eff ectiveness. We attempted further to understand how principal’s leadership aff ects school’s eff ectiveness directly, or through the intervening variable indirectly(organizational culture or knowledge management). In addition, whether organizational culture and knowledge management aff ect school’s eff ectiveness interactively. Finally, the conclusion and suggestion of this article were proposed. |
