Th e purpose of this research is to analyze the current status and results of Taiwan school administration within 20 years. From reviewing the analysis of this study, the researcher understands the following three points:1. Th e model and the progress of school policy-making.2. Th e eff ects and diffi culties encounter after several years of the education policy application.3. Schools’ policy-making infl uences by parents and teachers’ participation.Th is study is to reveal the reference information to school policy makers in order to lead schools prosperity.Th e theses and dissertations of school policy-making were collected from 1986 to 2006. Aiming at categories of research , research methods, school types, research objects, and research outcomes, this study adopted a content analysis method. Th e researcher investigated the emphasis and outcomes of the research on the school policy-making, which can be the reference of the future researchers and applications. |
