學生學習成效的優劣,教師的教導為重要的因素。教師對學校組織文化的認知,會影響其對學校的承諾。因而對於學校組織文化與教師組織承諾的探討,是為教育行政研究重要的議題。本研究旨在瞭解台灣本島22縣市國民小學不同分組學校組織文化與教師組織承諾之差異情形。以文獻分析、調查法進行研究。受試者共1066人,使用單因子變異數進行分析。結論如下:1.不同分組學校組織文化之人造器物層面對教師組織承諾整體與各層面有顯著差異。2.不同分組學校組織文化之價值觀層面對教師組織承諾整體與各層面有顯著差異。3.不同分組學校組織文化之基本假定層面對教師組織承諾整體與各層面有顯著差異。根據上述研究結論,提出具體建議。 |
英文摘要 |
Students’ achievement is excellent or not, teachers’ teachingis the most important factor. Th e conscious of teachers’ schoolorganizational culture will aff ect teachers’ organizational commitment.To explore the relationships between school organizational culture andteachers’ organizational commitment is the important issue of schooladministration.Th is study was to discuss the discrepancies of diff erent groups ofschool organizational culture and teachers’ organizational commitment inTaiwan 22 Counties, using literature research and questionnaire surveysto proceed. Finally, 1066 data were collected and were analyzed by OnewayANOVA and the conclusions of this study were as follows: 1. Diff erentgroups of artifacts dimension of school organizational culture to totalteachers’ organizational commitment and the dimensions had diff erentdiscrepancies. 2. Diff erent groups of espoused values dimension of schoolorganizational culture to total teachers’ organizational commitment andthe dimensions had diff erent discrepancies. 3. Diff erent groups of basicunderlying assumptions dimension of school organizational cultureto total teachers’ organizational commitment and the dimensions haddiff erent discrepancies. Based on the conclusions, the study suggestssome implications. |
