Sustainable packaging design has become a crucial component of corporate branding strategies. According to a Statista report,73% of global consumers are willing to pay a premium for sustainable packaging. This study examines how sustainable packaging design influences consumer purchase decisions and explores the innovative applications of printing technology in eco-friendly packaging. The research focuses on three key areas: first, analyzing market trends and consumer acceptance of recyclable and biodegradable materials; second, investigating how de-sign elements—such as color, typography, materials, and motion branding—affect consumer psychology and purchasing behavior; and third, assessing how emerging technologies enhance the value of sustainable packaging, particularly in the context of AI-powered intelligent printing and AR/QR code interactive packaging. this study employs a mixed-methods approach, combining market surveys and case analyses. A survey of 300 consumers was conducted to evaluate preferences for different packaging designs, and case studies of leading brands, including Apple, Starbucks, and IKEA, were examined to explore how sustainable packaging enhances consumer experience and brand loyalty. Furthermore, this research investigates the integration of printing technology with ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) standards to enhance corporate sustainability competitiveness and assesses the impact of AI-generated content (AIGC) on future packaging design trends. the findings provide practical insights for brand designers, printing technology professionals, and corporate decision-makers, offering strategic recommendations for implementing sustainable packaging. Additionally, this study forecasts future trends in printing technology and sustainable development, aiming to strengthen brand competitiveness through innovative and environmentally responsible packaging solutions. |
