故事隱喻與角色扮演在沙盤治療中的運用

The Use of Story-metaphor and Role-playing in Sandtray Therapy

本文試圖以完整的一次故事隱喻沙盤治療單元過程來說明故事隱喻及角色扮演如何運用在沙盤治療上面。實例中的個案是一位助人專業工作之實習生，參加由筆者所開設的沙盤治療工作坊，在獲知筆者有意將沙盤過程書寫成一篇文章之後，個案同意在他擔任個案該次錄下說故事及訪談過程，事後再謄寫逐字稿，然後經過保留原意的文字潤飾。本文內容包括前言；完整的一次故事隱喻沙盤治療單元過程含故事逐字稿整理；說故事後訪談逐字稿整理；執行一次故事隱喻沙盤治療單元的步驟；結論。故事隱喻沙盤治療屬於非指導式沙盤治療，文中也順提在運用非指導式沙盤治療單元之後，如何進一步處理沙盤故事呈現出來的議題。

This article attempts to illustrate how story-metaphor and role playing are applied to sandtray therapy through one complete story- metaphor approach sandtray therapy session. The content is organized as follows: (1) introduction: the process of one complete story-metaphor sandtray therapy session, including the verbatim draft of the story; (2) the verbatim draft of the interview after story telling; (3) the steps of conducting a story-metaphor approach sandtray therapy session; (4) a conclusion. Story-metaphor sandtray therapy is non-directive sandtray therapy, and this article also discusses how to deal with the issues presented in a sandtray story after a non- directive sandtray therapy session.
