南區應變醫院：衛福部臺南醫院疫情應變與作為

Strain Hospital in Southern Taiwan: Contingency and Responses to Epidemic in Tainan Hospital, Ministry of Health and Welfare

2019年12月起嚴重特殊傳染性肺炎在全球肆虐，造成非常多人感染甚至死亡。衛生福利部臺南醫院身為傳染病醫療網區暨臺南市政府指定應變醫院，期間歷經登革熱、麻疹和流感等疫情，配合防疫不遺餘力。在這次嚴重特殊傳染性肺炎疫情中，積極配合國家衛生防疫政策，執行中央流行疫情指揮中心、地方衛生局的各項專案及感染管制業務，包括國內外疫情即時性分析，盡速做好感管配套措施；因應大規模的社區感染，與衛生局合作設置創新防疫新武器---移動式負壓採檢站；配合國家政策，設置三家集中檢疫場所協助收治大量確診個案，並導入整合性資訊系統，有效率完成個案健康監測，即時掌握檢疫住民健康狀況；偏鄉防疫部分，以位於偏鄉山區的新化分院協助偏鄉防疫，與總院共同強化防疫量能，致力延伸防疫醫療照護；使醫院在面對大量社區突發性群聚感染時，也能立即介入相關防疫措施，將疫情影響降到最低。本文就以上所述本院應變作為與醫界及感染管制界先進分享。

Since the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) global outbreak in December 2019, it spread rapid and caused high mortality rate. Tainan Hospital, Ministry of Health and Welfare is the assigned contingency hospital in the National Infection Control System and in Tainan government. Tainan hospital was in charge of the infection control, such as dengue fever, measles and influenza. During the endemic outbreak of COVID-19 infection, Tainan Hospital operate in coordination with Central Epidemic Command Center and Health Bureau of Tainan in the infection control policies, including the real-time analysis of the information about and appraisal of an epidemic, prevention the outbreak in community, setting-up the new infection control weapon: the movable negative pressure inspection station, help the government to set up three isolation quarantine to contain the patients with COVID-19 infection, implant information and database integrity to efficient monitor the health of patients isolated and enhance the rural epidemic prevention ability in Sin-HuàBranch Hospital in the mountains of Tainan city. These infection control policies could help in facing the large outbreak in community and quickly implant the infection control strategies to decrease the impact of COVID-19 endemic. This paper aim to share these experiences with seniors in the medical and infection control field.
