本研究旨在探討台灣某精神專科醫院日間病房29名思覺失調症患者的職能勝任和職能認同及相關因子。使用職能自我評估量表(Occupational Self Assessment, OSA)、簡式精神症狀量表(Brief Psychiatric Symptom Rating Scale, BSRS)、思覺失調症生活品質量表(Schizophrenia Quality of Life Scale Revision 4, SQLS-R4)和蒙特利爾認知評估(Montreal Cognitive Assessment, MoCA)進行評估。結果顯示,患者在多個職能感到困難,包含「專注於工作」、「照顧該照顧的人」、「別人相處」和「朝向目標工作」等。在最希望從事的五項職能中,排序為「有能力從事需做的活動」、「專注於工作」、「照顧自己」、「照料住處」及「財務管理」。相關分析未發現社會人口學變項、認知、精神症狀和生活品質與職能勝任和認同的相關性。研究結果突顯思覺失調症患者在職能上的挑戰,有助於改善其康復和生活品質。 |

The aim of this study was to explore the levels of occupational competence and occupational identity among 29 individuals with schizophrenia from day wards of a psychiatric hospital in Taiwan, while investigating the associated factors. Assessment was conducted using the Occupational Self Assessment (OSA), Brief Psychiatric Symptom Rating Scale (BSRS), Schizophrenia Quality of Life Scale Revision 4 (SQLS-R4), and Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA). Results indicated difficulties in various occupations such as ''concentrating on tasks,'' ''caring for others,'' ''interacting with others,'' and ''working towards goals.'' The top five desired occupations included ''achieving set goals,'' ''task concentration,'' ''self-care,'' ''home management,'' and ''financial management.'' Notably, no significant correlations were found between the variables. This study highlights challenges faced by individuals with schizophrenia in occupations, providing valuable insights into how to enhance their recovery and quality of life. |
