台灣臨床成效指標之長期照護品質指標系統之設計與評估

Design and Evaluation of Long-term Care Quality of Index System Based on Taiwan Clinical Performance Indicator

本研究以設計之台灣臨床成效指標(Taiwan Clinical Performance Indicator, TCPI)之長期照護品質指標系統介入品質指標管理流程，透過改善後指標管理流程，使品質指標數據更具完整性及正確性，並評估其系統可用性。透過現有流程探討和系統建置，並藉由電腦系統可用性問卷(Computer System Usability Questionnaire, CSUQ)評估系統。本研究以網站的方式建置台灣臨床成效指標(TCPI)之長期照護品質指標系統，產出正確品質指標數據及圖表。電腦系統可用性問卷(CSUQ)結果顯示各題項平均分數皆達3.5分以上。導入網站的方式建置台灣臨床成效指標(TCPI)之長期照護品質指標系統是可行的。透過電腦系統可用性問卷(CSUQ)評估，表示本系統整體、系統品質、資訊品質與介面品質的可用性，未來本系統將朝向更智慧化的模式發展。

The purpose of this study is to design and evaluate of long-term care quality of index system based on Taiwan Clinical Performance Indicator (TCPI) and to make the quality indicators more accurate and efficiency through system renew. By consulting and constructing the system, and evaluating it with the computer system usability questionnaire (Computer System Usability Questionnaire, CSUQ). Taiwan Clinical Performance Indicators are produced correctly in indicator data and charts by a new developed system. The average score of each item in the Computer System Usability Questionnaire (CSUQ) reached the average (3.5 points) and above. Valuable Taiwan Clinical Performance Indicators can be provided by new system. Through questionnaire evaluation, this system indicates the usability of the system integration, system quality, information quality and interface quality. In the future, it will continue to develop towards more intelligent models.
