2023年9月22日傍晚，屏東加工出口區高爾夫球具代理廠某公司傳來火警爆炸的消息，屏東縣衛生局緊急醫療網第一時間傳來大量傷患即將到院救治訊息，由於該加工出口區鄰近屏東市，市區各家醫院開始進行大量傷患應變；一場工廠大火，燒毀無數個破碎家庭，也燒出區域醫院對於大量傷患事件發生時，醫院需緊急評估醫院急救量能是否可以負荷的情況。本文將呈現屏東加工出口區高爾夫球具代理廠該公司火災爆炸一案，針對事件發生流程以及啟動大量傷患機制之過程與要點商討進行說明。

On the evening of September 22, 2023, reports came in of an explosion at a golf equipment factory, stationed in the Pingtung Export Processing Zone. The Pingtung County Health Bureau emergency medical network immediately sent out notice that a large number of victims of the explosion were about to arrive at local hospitals. Since the export processing zone is nearby Pingtung City, hospitals in the city began preparing for a large number of patients. The fire at the factory affected many families, and overwhelmed the capabilities of small- and medium-sized regional hospitals, with too many injuries to assess and provide treatment for in a short timeframe. This article presents the details of the fire and explosion at the golf equipment factory, in the Pingtung Export Processing Zone, describing the incident as well as processes and key points related to the activation of massive injury mechanisms.
