臺灣社會計量實務意義之論述分析

Discourse Analysis on the Sociometry Practice Meanings in Taiwan

本研究基於社會建構典範，訪談5位準訓練師與訓練師臺灣社會計量實踐經驗，了解社會計量在臺灣對諮商實務運用者的意義、及與心理劇實務工作的關聯。分別以批判導向、功能導向論述分析方法進行資料分析。 研究結果發現： 一、在臺灣社會計量的發展與心理劇歷史脈絡息息相關。研究參與者從對社會計量 無留下深刻印象、至美國年會接觸社會計量、為取得導演認證投入學習社會計量，而後進一步精熟社會計量形成對社會計量的專業認同。 二、社會計量應用意義論述形成規則：論述主體為社會計量實踐經驗，論述客體為社會計量實踐意義。論述權力由經驗、操作社會計量的實務體驗產製。論述實踐者從體驗、帶領與創新過程，付予社會計量更豐厚的意義，發展行動化社會計量為心理療癒、團體評估與介入的技術。 三、社會計量在臺灣實務發展下具有應用原則層面、諮商實務層面「隱藏顯現、自我覺察、關係評估、人際覺察與修復、位置療癒」；團體互動層面「團體觀察、團體評估、團體決定、正向改變、團體介入」；心理劇相輔相成層面「找出具團體代表性的主角；關照未選上主角的候選人；了解主角、輔角、觀眾間人際關係；支持主角；觀眾管理、關注受劇觸動的成員；有利歷程審視」等意義論述。 文末提出研究結論及對未來社會計量研究建議。

This research is based on Social constructivism, Critical Discourse Analysis and Functional Discourse Analysis. The researcher interviewed 5 PATs and TEPs to understand the historical development context of sociometry practice in Taiwan, and explore the meaning discourse of the sociometry practice. Findings: 1.The sociometry development is closely related to the historical context of psychodrama development in Taiwan. The research participants had no impressive impression in the beginning. Later, as they got connected to the experiences of sociometry at the Annual Conferences of ASGPP in the United States. In order to become a CP, they had to be proficient in the sociometry theory and techniques. Finally, thsoe TEPs developed their own sociometry identities. 2.The formation of rules of meaning discourse in sociometry practice: the discourse subject is the sociometry practicing experience. The discourse object is the sociometry practice meanings. The discourse power is produced from the experience and operation of the sociometry practice. The discourse practitioners gave the sociometry more rich meanings and made the acting sociometric techniques to be more healing, good to help the group evaluation and intervention. 3.The development of sociometry practice in Taiwan includes the following aspects: (1) Using Principle. (2) Practice of Counseling. (3) Group interaction. (4) The sociometry and psychodrama are complementing each other. Suggestions for the further sociometric researchers were discussed.h.
